Our instant booking service provides immediate access to qualified nannies when you need them most. Perfect for last-minute needs, emergency situations, or when your regular caregiver is unavailable.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the baby
- Feeding, Bathing, Changing, Playing
- Putting the baby to sleep
- Maintaining a hygienic baby space
Additional Tasks (When Baby is Asleep/Playing):
- Chopping vegetables
- Light dusting
- Hanging wet clothes to dry
Quality Assurance:
- Verified and trained nannies
- Police verification available on request
Salary & Payment Policy
- Salary to be paid directly to the caregiver on the 1st of every month
- If service begins mid month, pro rata salary is calculated based on 30 days
- No salary advance is to be given. Mentors will not be responsible for any advance payments made by customers to caregivers
Replacement Policy
- Replacement can be requested any time within your active plan duration
- If a replacement is not provided within 4 days, the Platform Charges + Subscription Fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis
Continued Services
- Customer can upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the difference and platform fee
- Caregiver can continue with you even after plan completion if both parties agree and if the plan is more than 3 months.
Refund Policy
- If caregiver does not join on Day 1 or 2, a full refund or replacement will be provided
- If caregiver discontinues mid way, customer pays the actual salary for days worked
