Our Japa Services are designed to support both mother and newborn during the crucial postnatal period. With experienced, verified caregivers, we provide round-the-clock care, emotional support, massage assistance, and hygiene maintenance to ensure comfort and safety at home.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the baby
- Feeding, Bathing, Changing, Playing
- Support Mother During Shower – Assist the mother safely while she bathes.
- Maintaining a hygienic baby and mother space.
- Tie Stomach Cloth – Help tie the postpartum cloth around the mother's stomach.
- Warm Water Assistance – Support the mother with warm water needs as required.
Additional Tasks:
- Washing dresses for mother and baby
Quality Assurance:
- Verified and trained nannies
- Police verification available on request
Salary & Payment Policy
- Salary to be paid directly to the caregiver on the 1st of every month
- If service begins mid month, pro rata salary is calculated based on 30 days
- No salary advance is to be given. Mentors will not be responsible for any advance payments made by customers to caregivers
Replacement Policy
- Replacement can be requested any time within your active plan duration
- If a replacement is not provided within 4 days, the Platform Charges + Subscription Fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis
Continued Services
- Customer can upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the difference and platform fee
- Caregiver can continue with you even after plan completion if both parties agree and if the plan is more than 3 months.
Refund Policy
- If caregiver does not join on Day 1 or 2, a full refund or replacement will be provided
- If caregiver discontinues mid way, customer pays the actual salary for days worked
Basic Requirements:
- 8 Hours Sleep – Nanny should get 8 hours of proper sleep daily.
- Proper Food – Provide nutritious meals 3 times a day.
- Proper Accommodation – Clean and safe sleeping arrangement.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the nanny has access to emergency contact numbers
- Provide clear instructions about the household rules
- Ensure proper communication and respect
- Provide timely payment as per agreed terms
